Michener Park
This popular family spot is named after Lacombe's most famous son, Roland Michener, former Governor General. The park has ball diamonds, soccer fields, a playground and is also the location of the Lacombe Farmer's Market. |

Ellis Bird Farm
Has self-guided trails, a winter bird feeding program, educational programs, a gift shop and a tea house. Open June 3 to Sept 7, daily Wed to Sun 11 am - 4 pm. Admission by donation.

Aspen Beach Provincial Park
The first Provincial Park declared in Alberta. With a wide and shallow sand beach and warm water, it is perfect for paddling, sun bathing and swimming.
