Lacombe celebrates its century-long history during the summer with a weekend of family activities organised by the town's District Chamber of Commerce. A parade, fireworks, a drive-in movie, pancake breakfasts and a Kiddies Carnival brings the town together in appreciation of its past, present and future residents. Athletic talents are performed at the popular Autocross and Shoot Out Burnout events.
